Verification of Employment Requests
(VOE)

Western Nevada Title Company adheres to all applicable federal and state laws regarding employee privacy and record keeping. If the request is submitted by a third party on behalf of the employee, a signed authorization from the employee and a copy of the third-party's authorization to act on their behalf must be attached. If you are a direct employer requesting a VOE, you must attach a signed authorization form the employee providing authorization of disclosure for VOE.

State or Federal Agencies: Please send all requests in an official mailing (or) if emailing the VOE request, send from an official agency email address only.
